PREPARE EARLY– Do your syllabus well in advance that will help you to face the exams with confidence.
DON’T SIT AT ONE PLACE– Monotonous setting is never good, change your positions. Don’t stay in the same room for long.
DO BREATHING EXERCISES- Breathing exercises will not only help in learning but they will help to keep your body to stay calm and away from anxiety.
DON’T KEEP THINGS TO YOURSELF- It is not good to have an emotional saga within oneself open up with your parents, siblings, or teachers.
RELAX YOURSELF- You can relax by listening to music, taking a walk or by simply sitting in the favorite corner of your house like your balcony or garden.
EAT HEALTHY- Eat light meals but healthy meals preferably home-cooked. Avoid junk cravings as processed foods are not only unhealthy as they are high on spices and oil.
STAY HYDRATED- Drink plenty of fluids as it will help you stay fresh and hydrated. Sleep well don’t overburden yourself.
DON’T LEARN AT LAST MINUTE- You’ve done your best don’t panic just be yourself and give your best.
STAY FOCUSSED- No matter what happens keep yourself focussed on your exams. Revise properly and get help from your tutor or subject teacher whenever needed don’t hesitate.
BE CONFIDENT- Stay positive and confident because remember exams are just another milestone they are not determiners of who you are.
